I rate this company as a 5 star because that is all it will allow me to do...otherwise, I would give it a 10. I was given very short notice that we needed 50 chairs for a graduation party. After several attempts of browsing online and calling trying to find someone, Makenzi called me back within minutes. She was not only very friendly but most helpful in assisting me and assuring me the chairs would be delivered. She let me know I could contact her any time during the rental process and delivery with any questions or concerns. The main delivery driver was also very personable and did a great job in dropping off and picking up. I was very pleased overall with the service and highly recommend them!! Kudos to Makenzi and the team!

i am so pleased with my experience. they had some of the best prices i could find in the area and were extremely quick to give me a quote. i had to change my rental order a few times and they accommodated me amazingly. their delivery drivers showed up right on time and took great care to our land and were very respectful to not drive on our grass even though i told them they could! they were very quick to get the tents set up and we had zero issues with everything! i will be a repeat customer because thanks to this company, we were able to have our sons first birthday party outside which wouldn’t have been possible due to rain and wind. thank you harp family rentals!!

The nerve of this company. We rented 10 tables and chairs and a 30 x 40 tent . They showed up on time. There was no surprises. The equipment was nice. They did everything I asked them to do. It totally caught me off guard, great company, amazing friendly staff. 1000% will use them from now on.

Great customer service!! I asked them what size tent I would need and how many chairs and they knew exactly what we needed. Thomas, kept in touch with me on set up and take down times. His crew was super nice and respectful of the property. I highly recommend them. Thank you all so very much.
Excellent service and great price we rented chairs for an event and they were very easy to get ahold of book and very accommodating to pick up and drop off! Highly recommend and will use them again !
